Exceptional service! I called at midday with an unknown ‘rattle’ and Paul collected my bike and had it diagnosed, fixed and even other unrelated tweaks done by the end of the day. He’s a keeper!!

Last week Paul fixed my bike. Very pleased with the service, he replied to my email very quickly and very quickly arranged to come and pick it up from my house. I wasn’t able to hand the bike myself but left instructions on how to access the bike. He kept me informed at all times and gave me recommendations for my bike. When he returned he left the bike exactly as it was found. Very pleased. Definitely recommend his services.

I had the pleasure of dealing with The mobile bike man in January this year. I can honestly say the communication was great. Nothing was too much hassle and the speed of which he worked and had my bike back was brilliant.

I had new brakes fitted as my originals had seen better days. Also a full service of my bike was completed.

I would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again.

Thanks again Paul

Just received my old bike back after it’s first service in about 15 years and it looks brand new! I am not an occasional cyclist, have no knowledge of bikes and can just about change a tyre – as long as I have YouTube to hand – so it really hasn’t been well looked after. I just get it out and expect it to go.

  4. It’s not an expensive posh bike either..

Paul sorted all the basics I thought would need looking at as well as some issues that I was vaguely aware where I thought something “felt” wrong but I couldn’t have explained what they were.

Really happy with the price so I will definitely call him again and won’t leave it so long

Highly recommend Paul, asked him to reverse the brakes of my new bike, he came out the next morning and swapped the brakes in addition to pumping my tires and fixing some mistakes I made when assembling it the day before. Super friendly and amazing service!

Big Thanks to Paul, Onions is onions as they say. Having struggled setting up gears to run correctly after the rear hanger broke, with the rear derailleur ending up in rear wheel, smashed to bits, I had a go doing myself. Rear hanger and derailleur in place, I was having trouble getting chain to run top to bottom, both ways on the rear cassette, after getting it almost correct, I tried adjusting rachet spring on gear shifter under the hood, and it became to loose and I could not tension. After ringing around bike shops and being told 8 to 12 weeks service time due to virus covid-19, it was panic and pull your hair out time. So I hit the internet to find a local bike grease monkey, came across Paul, few emails passed, obviously busy himself,he booked a call back and on cue 3 weeks later, gave me the ok to drop velo to him. He called me with a concern, that if had I fiddled to much it may be a problem, but he would persist. In the meantime I looked on web for prices of new RH shifter, my shifters were carbon Campag and rare as rocking horse s..t, minimum 280 queens stirling, so fearing the worst crossed everything!. However couple of hours later Paul called me, and all was fine and dandy. So in conclusion, there are pro`s out there with years of experience who will give your machine the works to get you back on the blacktop, other than in shop premises. In the future first stop is with this guy. First class geezer, very friendly and does an excellent job 100% recommend. Its not what you know, its who you know. First class, buddy thanks again, smiling ear to ear. Scott Frimley.
